Our village greengrocer and farm shop carefully select delicious food from local growers, alongside organic and seasonal fruit and vegetables. From our award-winning pies and fresh bread to artisan cheeses, preserves, and sweet treats, there's heaps to discover.
We believe in supporting local growers and producers, choosing seasonal food wherever possible and keeping food miles low. It's our way of bringing great food to Chettle while supporting the people and places around us.
Founded in 2023, The Veg Lady grows fresh organic produce for the village and local community using Chettle soils.
When buying The Veg Lady veg, you can be sure that it's been grown with love, conscience for the soil and environment and a whole heap of joy!
